What documentation is required when submitting a Package Protection Claim?

When filing a claim, you may be asked to provide supporting documentation. This may include photos of a damaged package, a copy of a police report, a copy of your purchase receipt, or anything else that will support your claim.

Here are a few specific cases where documentation will be required: 

  • Lost: Invoice/proof of value required 
  • Damaged: Invoice/proof of value required and photos of the damage (of the product itself and the packaging, both internal and external)
  • Stolen: Invoice/proof of value required and police report required for orders over $200
